What is a Token?
A token is our unified billing unit across every AI feature — script generation, image generation, cinematic shot grids, and video rendering all draw from the same token pool. Heavier outputs cost more (a 4K video clip is many times the cost of a single image), but you never juggle separate quotas. Tokens are credited monthly and reset at the start of each billing cycle.

What is a token?
A token is the unit you spend on AI generation — text, images, and video. Heavier outputs (like 4K video) cost more tokens. Tokens reset every month on the same date you subscribed.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Starter, Creator and Pro tokens reset each cycle. Studio and team plans include token rollover.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your token balance is adjusted prorata. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed by TossPayments with credit/debit cards (domestic and international). We do not store any card information on our servers.
Is there an invoice / VAT receipt?
Card receipts are issued for every payment. Korean business users can request 세금계산서 (tax invoice) via [email protected].
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Full refund within 7 days of payment if no tokens have been used. Pro-rata refund within 14 days based on remaining tokens (refund = price × remaining / total). See the full Refund Policy for service-failure compensation, EEA/UK cooling-off rights, and the request procedure.
